Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the beginning of each service and can be paid with cash, check and most major credit cards.

I am a preferred provider for Hometown Health, HealthSCOPE, PEBP, Ambetter and Prominence Health Plans. I can bill them on your behalf. For those with other insurance carriers, I can provide a comprehensive receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for their out-of-network provider policies/benefits.

Therapy sessions are 50-55 minutes in length.
