Groups
Group therapy can be a great way to receive the support you need. Some of the advantages of group therapy as a main form of treatment, or as a supplement to individual therapy is learning from others in similar circumstances, reduced feelings of isolation, and the opportunity to be heard and receive feedback from multiple sources. I am currently ascertaining interest in the following groups:
